Regional Development Agency SA (Bielsko-Biala) is a long-operating business environment institution in Podbeskidzie region working to increase competitiveness of enterprises. It has a technology incubator, capital funds and is involved in a number of international projects. Since 2014, it has been running the FabLab production laboratory, where it cooperates with technology companies offering advanced solutions for digitalization processes and conducts educational and training activities in the field of additive technologies.
